Any person may apply for membership of the Western cape Microlight club. Prospective applicants are requested to attend a monthly meeting and to fill in and submit a membership application form along with the applicable membership fee to a member of the Committee. The application will be posted on the club notice board for comment. The Committee has the final say regarding eligibility  for membership.

Pilots wishing to hangar their aircraft at Morningstar airfield must be members of the club. Whilst the club prefers non-certified recreational aircraft, all types may be considered as long as they comply with the maximum all up take of weight of 1500Kg.

Subscription fees:

• Full  Member: full voting rights - R1000.00 p/a
• Country Member: has full voting rights and resides more than 100nm from Morningstar - R500.00 p/a
• Social Member: no voting rights - R500.00 p/a
